Most preventable chronic illness doesn’t happen suddenly — it happens slowly, from years of small daily choices, long before it becomes urgent. The Daily OP exists to change that math while there’s still time to change it.
Make sustainable health practical and achievable — through clear, evidence-based education, structured tools, and support that helps people move from information to action.
Lasting health is built through small, consistent actions — not extreme overhauls or one-size-fits-all plans. Break the change down small enough to survive a bad day, and it stops depending on motivation.
OP5™ and the six pillars are the science — evidence-based, proven, not going anywhere. What we’re building on top of it is the engine: a personalized, AI-guided coaching system that learns from what members actually do, not just what they plan to do, and gets sharper with every person it works with.
See How The Technology Works →I didn’t set out to build a wellness brand. I wanted to understand why so many of us know exactly what we should be doing for our health — and still don’t do it. That question led me through an MBA, formal training in lifestyle medicine and behavior change through Harvard Medical School’s Health & Wellness Executive Education program, and roughly a decade working in data analytics — the same skill set now going into building the coaching engine itself, not just the curriculum.
I’ve seen how preventable chronic illness can quietly alter the course of a life — long before it becomes urgent. That’s the thing The Daily OP was built to prevent: not through more information, but through a system that actually gets people to act on the information they already have.
Today, I lead a growing network of certified Daily OP Coaches and specialist partners, so support scales with our members — not just with me.
