Our Vision and Philosophy

We believe lasting health is built through small, consistent actions — not extreme overhauls or one-size-fits-all solutions. At The Daily One Percent, our philosophy is grounded in the idea that meaningful change comes from structure, clarity, and habits that fit real life.

By translating evidence-based health principles into practical systems, tools, and education, we help individuals take a more intentional, sustainable approach to their health — one that supports long-term energy, resilience, and healthspan.

Our Mission

Our mission is to make sustainable health practical and achievable. We do this by providing clear, evidence-based education, structured tools, and optional support that help people move from information to action.

Through courses, digital resources, and guided experiences, The Daily One Percent helps individuals take ownership of their daily habits and build routines that support long-term health and function — without overwhelm, extremes, or reliance on constant motivation.

Meet Andrew Thammavongsa

Founder & Coach, The Daily One Percent

I founded The Daily One Percent to approach health differently — not as a short-term fix, but as a long-term system built on small, consistent improvement. In a space crowded with extremes and oversimplified advice, I believe sustainable change comes from understanding the fundamental principles of health, identifying what is supported by evidence, and applying it in ways that fit real life.

My background reflects that balance between strategy and science. I hold an MBA and completed formal training in health and wellness through Harvard Medical School, where I studied lifestyle medicine, behavior change, and evidence-based approaches to long-term health. That experience reinforced a simple but often overlooked truth: many of the conditions we treat reactively are shaped much earlier by daily habits, environment, and systems.

The Daily One Percent was shaped by personal experience as well. I’ve seen how preventable chronic illness can quietly alter the course of a life — long before it becomes urgent. That perspective continues to guide my work. The goal is not perfection or intensity, but consistency: helping people take ownership of their daily habits and build routines that support long-term health, function, and resilience.

Maddie Shelia

Partner & Coach, The Daily One Percent

After retiring from a career as a professional ballet dancer, I redefined my approach to wellness, discovering how small, intentional changes create lasting impact. Now, as a Pilates instructor and Branding Manager at a Fortune 500 company, I bring these lessons to The Daily One Percent and help others navigate their transformation journeys. My goal is to guide people in building sustainable habits that reflect their values and integrate seamlessly into daily life.
